¿Cómo se envían los paquetes?
Los paquetes de nuestro almacén en China se enviarán por ePacket o EMS según el peso y el tamaño del producto. Los paquetes enviados desde nuestro almacén de EE.UU. se envían a través de USPS.
¿Envían a todo el mundo?
Sí. Ofrecemos envíos gratuitos a más de 200 países de todo el mundo. Sin embargo, hay algunos lugares a los que no podemos enviar. Si te encuentras en uno de esos países, nos pondremos en contacto contigo.

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

¿Mis artículos serán enviados en un paquete?
Por razones logísticas, los artículos en la misma compra a veces se envían en paquetes separados, incluso si has especificado el envío combinado.

Cancelación de orden
Todos los pedidos pueden ser cancelados hasta que sean enviados. Si tu orden ha sido pagada y necesitas hacer un cambio o cancelar una orden, debes comunicarte con nosotros dentro de las 12 horas. Una vez que el proceso de empaquetado y envío ha comenzado, ya no se puede cancelar.
Reembolsos

- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.

Intercambios
Si por alguna razón deseas cambiar tu producto, quizás por un tamaño diferente en ropa, primero debes contactarnos y te guiaremos a través de los pasos.
Por favor no nos devuelvas tu compra a menos que te autoricemos a hacerlo.

The pre-programed animations are very slow, can’t speed up, but some are cool. The Custom option is good. Though when the typed message slides across the LED screen at max speed it still looks like medium speed.
My message was simply 6 ft please and that worked even at the airport. Also looks super fun, and someone asked permission to make photos of me. Nice cap and customizable messages are a blast!

This hat is a lot of fun. It is so unique. The kids really liked it. It is just something you don't see often. My son would wear it for a while. It looked good. It fit okay.

This is the sickest hat ever. I get compliments every time I wear it. The quality and fit of the actual hat far surpassed my expectations. So good I might buy them alllll!!!!
The issue for me is the app. App also uses alot of permissions sooooo it might seem a tad spy like. I never allow anything to the new apps, so not sure if I will play with the cap.
